Our trajectory

The scientific fundamentación of our task appears in our country in 1900, when Argentine wise person Dr Carlos L. Villar, culminates the development and begins its tests with singular successes. To its death in 1907, they are its children Mariano and Alfredo who continue with their work, being Alfredo, that in 1950 installs in Rosario (Argentina) its "Instituto of Lisadoterapia Argentina Dr Carlos L. Villar".
Later, the Company is modifying its formal structure, happening to constitute, in 1977, "Laboratories Villar SRL" and later, in 1991 the "Institute Sucesores Alfredo Villar SRL" under the direction of Mrs. Pierina de Villar Sáenz Peña, widow of Alfredo Villar Sáenz Peña and, daughter-in-law of the Dr Villar.
Throughout those years, the Company is journeying fixed of significant importance: in year 1960, the construction and inauguration of its own installations in 328 Zeballos Street, Rosari (Argentina); in 1991 the extension and modernization of the same one, the incorporation of its modern Laboratories of Development and Control of Quality, the installation of advanced technological equipment.
In 1995, our Joint-stock company is constituted, whose shareholders belong to the family Alfredo Villar. His Directory is presided by Mrs. Pierina P. de Villar Sáenz Peña, that maintains of such form the leadership of the company
