Essential Amino Acids

The amino acids are the constitutive elemental units of the denominated molecule Proteins. They are, in a very elemental similar, the bricks with which the organism reconstructs permanently its specific proteins consumed by the alone action of living.

Proteins are the nitrogenous compounds more abundant in the organism, at the same time the foundation of life. In effect, due to the great variety of existing proteins and as consequence of its structure, the proteins fulfil extremely various functions, participating in all the biological processes and constituting fundamental structures of the human beings. In this manner, they accelerate chemical reactions that of any other manner could not be produced in the necessary times for life (enzymes), transporting substances (like the hemoglobin of the blood, that transports oxygen to the tissues), fulfilling structural functions (like the keratin of the hair), serving as reserve (egg albumen), etc.

The foods that we ingested provide us proteins. But such proteins are not absorbed normally in such structure but, after its unfolding (hydrolysis or break), caused by the digestion process, crossing the intestinal wall in the form of amino acids and short chains of peptides, according to what is designated entire hepatic circulation.

Those substances are incorporated initially into the torrent sanguine and, from there, they are distributed toward the tissues that need them to form the proteins, consumed during the vital cycle.

It is known that of the 20 amino acids proteids known, 8 result indispensable (or essential) for the human life and 2 result semi-indispensable. This 10 amino acid are those which are required to be incorporated to the organism in your daily nourishment and, with more reason, in the moments in which the organism most needs them: in dysfunction or disease.

In effect, in the periods in which it encounters functional crisis (call it acute or chronicle malnutrition, articulated traumatisms or commitments and/or muscular, alterations in the digestive system, hepatitis, renal affections, cerebral or nervous deficiencies, etc.) or extra demands by mechanical reasons (athletes, etc.) or cerebral (stress, exams, etc.) an increase is produced in the consumption of the amino acids, therefore many times it is convenient to supplement the habitual diet by means of the administration of exogenous to the organism.

For identical reasons, the ingestion of lisates and its amino acids means furthermore an extraordinary preventive resource, inasmuch as incorporates into the organism strengthening mechanisms before foreseeable extra commitments, these being derived from special circumstances (excesses from physical or mental activity, for example) or from unavoidable decadence from the organic functions derivatives from age.

For this reason it can be said that the Villar Lisates complement the habitual diets with respect to essential amino acids, in normal conditions as well as in the cases in which it needs an increased demand of the them.
